Family Visit Visa Procedures for Saudi Arabia Through Our Authorized Office

Step 1: Visa Document Issuance
The inviter in Saudi Arabia obtains the visa document and specifies the point of arrival as per the approved procedures.

Step 2: Preparing Documents

• Proof of kinship, original document authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
• Original passports along with the visa document
• Copy of the inviter’s residence permit in Saudi Arabia

Important Note
Once the documents are prepared, the information is entered electronically through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Enjaz platform. Fees for the visa, insurance, and office services are paid during this step.

Step 3: Biometric Appointment Booking
Appointments are booked online via the official Tasheer company website.

Step 4: Biometric Procedures
Applicants visit the Tasheer center to submit their documents and provide their biometrics. Applicable fees are paid directly at the center.

Step 5: Passport Collection
The passport is collected immediately after the visa is issued.
